ASL 2 class registration form

This registration form is for ASL 2, happening on Tuesdays , which will meet September 22nd through November 17th. There will not be class on October 13th. The class will meet from 4:00-5:30. As our classroom is not always available, we will be doing some classes out and about by using various areas in town, but always meet at the classroom location.

Please fill out registration form before September 18th, with full payment. Its helpful if you sign up early, so that I can prepare materials and have a sense of enough students for the class to run. Class fees on a sliding scale: $175-250. Cash/check only. No refunds will be given after September 18th.
